OX bring the finest Sussex Beef to the street food market. This exceptional meat is brought directly from the farm to the local folk of London. The beef is grass fed, dry-aged for 35 days, cut by our own master butcher, and then lovingly prepared by our expert chefs who have created a variety of delicious hot dishes and sandwiches. We only ever use our own beef.

A passionate quest for divine beef

As intensive farming methods and cheap imported meat supply supermarket demands, consumers have been losing the ability to enjoy beef reared naturally and locally, to know how it was farmed, what it has eaten and where it came from. We believe its time to go back to better.

True grass-fed beef is from cattle that maintain a 100% grass diet all year round, throughout their lifetime. This would mean grazing grass in the fields during the summer months and eating hay or silage made from grass in the winter months. No grains. Just grass.
